The Wellbeing football sessions run every Monday at 3.30pm, the session provide a fun and engaging way to get moving and improve physical fitness. Participating can provide an opportunity for people to connect with others and build social connections, which can create feelings of belonging and reduce feelings of isolation. This session is funded by K&C Foundation & Westway Trust for residents of North Kensington.
The young people football session runs each friday at 8pm, some participants are at risk of serious youth violence and the session provides a safe and structured environment.
The session offers opportunities for positive social interaction, skill-building, and emotional regulation. This can help to promote positive outcomes for young people. This session is funded by the Grenfell Young Peoples Fund for young people affected by Grenfell Tower.
The mixed community football sessions run every Wednesday at 4pm, the session includes people of different ages, genders, and backgrounds, provides a range of benefits, including social connection, inclusivity, skill-building, physical health, and enjoyment.

The Women's only football sessions runs each friday at 8pm, the sesssion provides a safe and supportive environment for female participants to challenge themselves and develop their skills and abilities.
