The 5 a side men's only football league project runs every Monday 8-10pm at Westway Sports Centre. 5 a side football provides an opportunity for friendly competition and sportsmanship among our 3 community teams.

This can help individuals build confidence and provide a sense of purpose.

The 11 a side men's only football league project runs every Sunday at either 10am or 2pm. Home games are played at Wormwood Scrubs. Playing in an 11-a-side football league can help build a sense of teamwork and camaraderie among members of the community team. This can help improve communication skills, trust, and cooperation
